its a little black box at the end of the active cell. when u click on it and drag it down what ever is in that active cell will be copyed n pasted to the highlighted cells

Descending order

the order in how the information is stored or arranged, in this case it would be ordered from highest to lowest

identifies the location of a cell or group of cell in a spreadsheet

mail merger

In the future i would use mail merger in my job or at home when i need to right a birthday letter to more then 5 family members or to my nephew or niece for a party or ceremony i can always use it to make a small paragraph in general about all of them and i can just insert there name and there action that they did
